    CSEM is a Swiss non-profit applied research and technology transfer centre, founded in 1984 and based in Neuchâtel. It employs 640 people and develops solutions in three fields: digital technologies (including AI and IoT), precision manufacturing (MEMS, photonics) and sustainable energy systems (batteries). It works with industrial partners such as Tissot, Meyer Burger, Novartis and the European Space Agency to transfer its innovations to industry.
