Privacy policy
This diagnostic complies with the Swiss data protection act (nFADP) and the GDPR. Here, in plain terms, is what data we process and why.
Data collected
Your answers to the diagnostic and to the environmental footprint simulator, anonymously. They are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in Zurich). The budget simulator stores nothing. Your email address only if you choose to provide it: to receive your analysis and the guide, or as an optional contact for an index suggestion.
Purposes
To power the comparisons shown in your results: the anonymous answers stored in our database are used to compute the aggregated benchmarks (diagnostic and environmental footprint) that position each participant against the others. To send you your analysis and the AI transformation guide, and to send you the Direction by mAIjin newsletter. You can unsubscribe in one click from every email.
Audience measurement
This site uses no advertising cookies. Google Analytics measures the audience anonymously and is active by default; you can refuse it via the banner on your first visit, and that choice is remembered.
Retention and your rights
You may at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us. Your anonymous answers are kept solely for the aggregated benchmark.
