These terms describe, in plain language, what this site offers you and what we expect in return. By using diagnostic-ia.ch, you accept them.
Services offered
The site offers an AI maturity diagnostic, an AI budget simulator, an AI environmental footprint simulator and the index of AI in French-speaking Switzerland. These tools are free and require no account; only the personalized report is paid when it is not offered for free. We may change or withdraw a tool at any time.
Indicative results
Scores, comparisons, budgets and footprints are estimates based on your inputs and on assumptions documented in the methodology. They are provided for information only and are neither an audit nor professional advice; decisions taken on this basis remain your responsibility.
Paid report
The personalized report (CHF 20, paid via Stripe, or offered as part of a sharing campaign) is digital content delivered by email as a PDF. As delivery is immediate, it is not refunded once delivered, except in case of a fault on our side: write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Data and comparisons
Anonymous answers to the diagnostic and the footprint simulator are stored in our database and feed the aggregated comparisons shown to participants. Details are in the privacy policy.
Index of AI in French-speaking Switzerland
The index lists organizations based on public sources and moderated suggestions. It implies neither certification nor partnership, and completeness is not guaranteed. Any organization may request a correction or its removal by writing to us.
Intellectual property
The site's content, methodology and design belong to Maijin Sàrl. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source; substantial reproduction, resale or bulk data extraction are prohibited.
Fair use
You agree to use the site fairly: no automated or bulk submissions, no circumvention of technical limits, no false information intended to distort the comparisons.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Maijin Sàrl's liability is excluded for indirect damages and otherwise limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
Governing law and contact
