Sommet mondial sur l'IA à Genève en 2027◇

On 25 June 2025 the Swiss Federal Council decided to hold a global summit on artificial intelligence in Geneva, planned for 21 and 22 June 2027. The event is co-organised by DETEC (environment, transport, energy, communications) and the FDFA (foreign affairs), with a budget of around CHF 6 million financed in part through sponsorship. Switzerland intends to promote universal participation in AI, including developing countries, and to connect regulation, science, technology and practical uses.
